Terms and Conditions

 

Refunds, Returns, Liability and Losses

 

All sales are final. No refunds can be given after the wrap has taken place or paid for. For requested orders that may have been prepaid, all sales are final. No refunds shall be given if prepaid service is relinquished, unredeemed, or forgone by the client (payer) or agent. Once service has been executed and handed back over to client (payer) or caretaker, BP’s responsibility is waived entirely of all the property.

 

Baggage Protect (BP) LLC cannot guarantee wrap to not be infiltrated/investigated by TSA or others. BP is not responsible/liable for any unknown losses, theft or damage you may occur throughout your travel or while your property is in brief handling of BP. In no way is BP liable for any damage, theft or any other loss towards client’s property, welfare or the client or caretaker him/herself.

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

1. Payments can be made with:

 

A. CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, PayPal, US Currency/CASH)

 

a. Payment with a VISA or MASTERCARD may generate small additional charge in addition to the total for services requested.               

 

    1. Paypal payments may accrue additional charge that may or may not show in bill details (as with all credit card payments). PayPal standard charges are typically 2.9-3.9% depending on method  for domestic (US) payments and vary for international payments.. This is in addition to the total for services requested.             

 

b. Payment with AMERICAN EXPRESS generates an additional charge in addition to the total for services requested.

 

NOTE: If payment will be made with a credit card, the Travel Agent/Operator may complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form (attached).  Send with a copy of the credit card and identification of the existing card; via e-mail at baggageprotect@gmail.com

 

B. WIRE TRANSFER

 

C.  ACCOUNT DEPOSIT in US Dollars

 

a.  If you are paying by making a cash deposit add 3%  in addition to the total for services requested (I.D.E. charge concept). This charge doesn’t apply to wire transfers or check deposit)

 

b. In case of deposits and wire transfers the payments must be reported to the operator. Send a copy of the deposit receipt via e-mail at: baggageprotect@gmail.com

 

c. All deposits will not be considered effective until they are verified in our records.

 

Privacy Policy
 

Baggage Protect LLC (BP) respects your privacy and maintains a strict policy of confidentiality. The extent of information provided to BP is at the discretion of the individual. The request of personal information or details is done for the purposes of providing the best service possible. Names, e mail addresses, postal addresses and the like are handled with secure discreetness. Under no circumstances whatsoever will information be sold, traded or rented to anyone external from this organization.

 

BP may provide a mailing service to inform its members of developments. Under no circumstances will unsolicited e mail be sent for purposes other than originally stated. Those on mailing lists have the right to unsubscribe at any time, by simply unchecking the newsletter checkbox in their profile.

 

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or provide your personal information. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file unless requsted.
